If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you can cancel without having to give a reason:

- Online: once you're logged in, cancel online in your Profile page
- By email: at customerservice@mypurorewards.com
We will provide an email to the address on file confirming your membership has been cancelled. Once it has been cancelled, you can continue to use the service and enjoy its benefits until the end of the current contract period. After the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the service.

Purchases you make by going directly to a participating merchant's website do not qualify for loyalty rewards. The maximum eligible loyalty reward in any calendar month is $300; any order or transaction made from a Participating Merchant in a calendar month after reaching the Cash Back Maximum will not be deemed a Qualifying Purchase. 5 Maximum rebate is $200 per membership year for up to 4 movie tickets per month. Rebate shall be calculated on the difference in the ticket price from a base of $5 on all valid purchases. You can claim your Welcome Reward on the Earnings page. Please make sure that:
- You have an active membership with Puro Rewards
- Once on the Earnings page, all you need to do is click Claim Now and we will transfer your Welcome Reward to an electronic gift card which you will see on your Amount Available . Loyalty rewards available in your Amount Available are sent to you via email on a monthly basis
- All valid loyalty rewards are fulfilled with a Cigars International electronic gift card. Gift Cards must be used on a purchase within 90 days of issuance. Gift Cards are nontransferable and non-redeemable for cash (no cash value).
Members can also claim a Movie Ticket Rebate² up to four tickets a month until you have reached an annual cap of $200.

Tracking Tips:
- Always login first and start your shopping by clicking on the retailer's link.
- Make sure to check retailer's special terms to confirm that your purchase is eligible.
- Your internet browser and firewall or antivirus software must be enabled for cookie tracking.
- Accept the cookies for your transaction to be tracked.
- Complete your purchase in one single sitting, without browsing other sites or search engines like Google, Bing and other.
- If after checkout you want to make another purchase from the same retailer, return to the Puro Rewards website and click on the retailer's link again.
Your shopping savings are generally tracked automatically and once validated, they will be added to theAmount Available section on the Earnings page.
If after 10 days your transaction does not appear on the Last visited tab on the Earnings page, please fill out the Transactions Claim form. Please make sure that:
- Your membership is active when you make the purchase.
- You attach your complete purchase confirmation email or receipt with all the details in the accepted format (PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF) and the attachments does not exceed 20MB. To learn how to save your confirmation email via iPhone click here and in Android click here.
- Purchases must be claimed within 90 days.
- Purchases made directly with a retailer will not qualify for 10% back. You must start shopping only through Puro Rewards. Rewards are only available on Qualifying Purchases (see Terms and Conditions for more information).
When rewards are claimed or captured, our team needs to process and validate the activity. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for us to transfer your loyalty savings and benefits to your Amount Available on the Earnings page.
You can track the status of your activity at any time on the Earnings page and review the history on the Payments Page.
